Arbalett is seeking an IT Manufacturing Technology Engineer to join a global IT team supporting production environments across sites. You will ensure secure, connected, and operational systems while driving IT-OT convergence.

Your role includes daily IT support, incident coordination, and collaboration with international teams and vendors to maintain standards and continuity in production operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, ideally with OT exposure.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in incident management, escalations, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ITSM & change management principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, or other industrial sectors is a plus.

Are you a technically strong IT professional passionate about production environments and industrial technology? As an IT Manufacturing Technology Engineer, you'll join a global IT team delivering reliable technology solutions across production sites ensuring they stay secure, connected, and operational, while driving the convergence of OT and IT.
