Uit Jobat zoekt voor een IT Manager (Infrastructure & Applications) in een productieomgeving. Je ontwikkelt IT-strategieën en beheert infrastructuur, ERP-systemen en bedrijfsapplicaties met focus op betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie.

Je leidt een lokaal IT-team, onderhoudt sterke relaties met regionale en wereldwijde teams en stuurt innovatie en cyberbeveiliging aan binnen een internationale context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-diploma in informatietechnologie of verwant vakgebied.
• 10+ jaar ervaring in IT-infrastructuur en bedrijfsapplicaties.
• Sterk begrip van IT-infrastructuur, netwerken, cybersecurity en systeembeheer.
• Ervaring met ERP-platforms en bedrijfsapplicaties.
• Kennis van cloudtechnologieën, databasebeheer en IT-service management.
• Aantoonbaar leiderschap en stakeholdermanagement.
• Sterke communicatie in Thai en Engels.
• Strategische denker met hands-on probleemoplossing.

Responsabilités

• Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van IT-strategieën, budgetten en operationele plannen.
• Toezicht houden op IT-infrastructuur, netwerken, servers, databases en bedrijfsapplicaties.
• Leiding geven aan enterprise system initiatieven en procesverbeteringen.
• Achter cybersecurity, risicomanagement, bedrijfscontinuïteit en disaster recovery.
• Zorgen voor IT-governance en naleving.
• Beheren van leveranciers, serviceproviders en contracten.
• Leiden en ontwikkelen van het lokale IT-team.
• Samenwerken met regionale/wereldwijde teams aan standaarden en initiatieven.
• Identificeren van kansen voor innovatie en efficiëntie.

Profiel

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and IT operations, including people management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, database management, and IT service management practices.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on problem‑solving abilities.
