Michael Page International (Belgium) is recruiting for a sole IT representative role, providing 1st level IT support for hardware, software, network, and end-user devices while coordinating with regional and global IT teams. You will manage IT assets, ensure security, backups, and compliance, and support business operations across an international environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience supporting servers, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Good understanding of system security, access management, backup, and recovery processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support when required.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st level IT support for hardware, software, network, printers, and end-user devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and applications.
• Support users with daily IT issues and ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams on projects and technical initiatives.
• Manage IT assets, including computers, servers, and network equipment.
• Maintain IT inventory, infrastructure documentation, and network diagrams.
• Monitor and maintain server room and IT infrastructure performance.
• Support IT procurement and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Administer business systems, user access, backups, and recovery processes.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and routine health checks.Support change management, documentation, and compliance activities.
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and properly documented.
• Support audits, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities.
• Work closely with business users and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services and processes.
