ING Tech Belgium is seeking an IT Integrator to bridge Business and IT. You translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, coordinate changes across squads and Tribes, and help deliver customer value early.

Working with Product Leads, Architects, and Engineers, you align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure end-to-end delivery with an MVP mindset and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Your role & work environment

As an IT Integrator, you are the bridge between Business and IT. You translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, coordinate complex changes across squads and Tribes, and help deliver customer value as early as possible. Working closely with Product Leads, Architects, Squad Masters, and Engineers, you align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery. By combining business insight with technical understanding, you help teams make informed decisions and move initiatives forward.

Your key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into clear implementation roadmaps and features.
• Coordinate delivery across squads, Tribes, and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Support feature prioritization with a strong MVP mindset.
• Drive alignment between Business and IT throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Around 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating business needs into IT solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, integration concepts, and software architecture.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• The ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Education & Languages

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
