Allianz Benelux seeks an IT Economics Manager to lead financial governance for the IT portfolio. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for RtC costs, while coordinating across Allianz Technology and Finance to ensure transparent, well-controlled IT investments and cost structures.

You will develop KPIs, provide insights to the COO/CIO and senior stakeholders, and deliver consolidated reports and analyses to support strategic decisions in a complex international

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Controlling, Finance, IT, Operations, or consulting.
• Strong academic background in IT, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Excellent expertise in financial controlling, planning, budgeting, and operational steering.
• Good understanding of the insurance industry, IT landscapes, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT Run Cost (RtC) budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning.
• Coordinate budget submissions with IT, local teams and Finance stakeholders.
• Develop cost allocation models and performance dashboards for executives.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for governance bodies.
• Ensure compliance with IT taxonomy and financial reporting standards.
