Actiris is seeking an Accounting and Reporting Manager in Brussels to lead accounting, reporting and control of centrally managed costs. You will partner with IT, Legal and shared services to optimise financial performance and ensure accurate month-end close and intercompany recharges.

You will manage a small team, drive process improvements and strengthen controls while delivering high-quality service across the organisation. Fluency in English is required; French and Dutch are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 7+ years in accounting and financial reporting.
• Fluency in English; French and Dutch proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting and reporting for centrally managed costs and assets.
• Partner with IT, Legal and shared services on financial performance.
• Own month-end close, reconciliations and intercompany recharges.
• Review monthly results, analyze variances and provide insights.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team, driving improvements and controls.
• Ensure timely reporting and high-quality service delivery.
