Tergos in Belgium is seeking a seasoned IT Demand Manager to bridge business and IT, ensuring requests are clearly defined, analyzed and estimated before projects begin. You will collaborate with the Enterprise Architect and IT service provider to run the demand process end-to-end and report governance metrics to senior management.

The role requires senior, autonomous practitioners fluent in French and English, who can operate with high visibility within a large enterprise and drive

• Strong negotiation skills and comfortable managing expectations between business and IT stakeholders.
• Fluent and confident communication to senior management, with high visibility within a large enterprise.
• Good command of both French and English.

Responsabilités

A major international organisation is looking for an experienced professional to join its IT Demand team. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring requests are clearly structured, validated and estimated before projects kick off. You'll work within a compact, senior team with high delivery expectations.

The Role

• Act as the key link between Business and IT, structuring and clarifying incoming IT requests before they move into project execution
• Coordinate the demand management process end-to-end: from request intake and analysis to estimation and approval, in close collaboration with the Enterprise Architect and internal IT service provider
• Manage stakeholder expectations through strong negotiation skills, balancing business needs with IT capacity and priorities
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly governance reporting to senior management

Your Profile

• You are a senior, autonomous professional who can operate "plug and play" from day one in IT demand management or a similar Business-IT alignment role
• You have strong negotiation skills and feel comfortable managing expectations between business and IT stakeholders
• You communicate and report fluently and confidently to senior management, and are comfortable with high visibility within a large enterprise structure
• You are fluent in French and English
