speos is seeking an IT Delivery Leader to guide a team of ICT Software Engineers, aligning Agile practices and DevSecOps to meet objectives. The role requires coaching, performance reviews and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

You will drive development standards and participate in strategic initiatives, with sites in Anderlecht and Fleurus, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar senior developer/lead role.
• Solid expertise in Java, TypeScript, React, Angular or similar environment; strong code review, CI/CD, DevSecOps, testing and Agile practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of ICT Software Engineers and drive collaboration across squads.
• Align Agile ways of working and Scrum practices with policies and best practices.
• Develop DevSecOps and testing guidelines and ensure daily activities align with shared services.
• Coach and mentor developers, fostering growth and leadership within the team.
• Act as escalation point for performance and delivery issues and promote continuous improvement.
