Septentrio in Leuven is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive infrastructure evolution. You will design and automate CI/CD pipelines, embed security into the delivery chain, and lead cross-functional collaboration across development, security, and operations.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical mastery with leadership, mentoring colleagues and shaping a long-term technical roadmap aligned with Septentrio's global objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, CS, or equivalent by experience.
• 8+ years of DevOps experience.
• Proficiency in Linux, Python, networking and web technologies.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines (SBOM generation, secret scanning).
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Monitor system health, performance, and reliability; ensure security and scalability.
• Automate repetitive provisioning and testing tasks.
• Troubleshoot production deployment issues; root cause analysis.
