Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification required.
• ITIL Practitioner/Intermediate preferred.
• PRINCE2 Foundation knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own customer satisfaction outcomes and act as a trusted advisor to multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed scope, quality, and SLAs.
• Monitor performance, lead reviews with clear actions and accountability.
• Lead major incidents, escalations, and risk management activities.
• Drive continual service improvement and process optimization.
• Manage service financials, compliance, SLAs, and profitability.
