AXA Belgium is offering an IT internship in the Workplace Services team. You will contribute to reporting, data analysis and developing dashboards to support operational decisions.

You will apply AI prompting techniques and help automate reporting while ensuring a scalable, documented framework for the team. The role includes analysing data, working with incident management data and monitoring solutions, and delivering clear insights to management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree studies in IT or a relevant field.
• Skills or interest in reporting, data analysis and presenting insights.
• Familiarity with AI prompting.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate and analyse data from various sources.
• Work with data from incident/request management tools and endpoint device monitoring solutions.
• Leverage the DEX Score to monitor and improve Workplace Experience.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support informed operational decision-making.
• Provide management with clear visibility and relevant strategic insights.
• Apply AI prompting techniques to enhance reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to the automation of reporting processes.
• Develop a sustainable and documented reporting framework for ongoing use.
