Bpost is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Group Performance team in Belgium. You will build Power BI reports, write DAX and M transformations, and work with ERP, CRM, and WMS data to deliver actionable insights for finance and operations.

You will apply AI tools to automate tasks, summarize notes, and prototype lightweight AI-powered workflows, while collaborating with multiple subsidiaries in a small, autonomous team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data analytics, CS, finance, economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable with messy data and translating questions into analyses.
• Demonstrated daily use of LLM tools in a working context.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain Power BI reports for group-wide and subsidiary use cases.
• Author and review DAX measures and Power Query / M transformations.
• Work with ERP/CRM/WMS/SharePoint data and document models.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for CFO, CEO, and country teams.
• Explore AI-augmented workflows to save time and improve insights.
