almavivadebelgique Belgium is seeking a data specialist to extract, map, transform and integrate data from large sources within TAXUD, making the data available for analysis in Power BI SNC, DataLab and related environments.

You will design scalable data-processing workflows, build predictive insights, document procedures, and collaborate with customs and analytics teams to improve data architectures and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data integration, transformation and loading from multiple sources.
• 3+ years in BI reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong Python and SQL with 2+ years in data-science libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• ETL design and data workflows experience.
• Knowledge of databases, data modelling and data wrangling.
• Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark asset).
• Knowledge of JSON and Parquet formats; DuckDB asset.
• Understanding of data analysis, statistics and analytical methods.
• ML experience; project lifecycle and Scikit-learn asset.
• Containerisation and analytics deployment (Docker/Kubernetes) knowledge.
• Data quality, governance and protection principles.

Responsabilités

• Data extraction, mapping and integration from large data sources.
• Design data-processing solutions for large volumes of data.
• Create dashboards and visualizations with Power BI SNC, Dataiku and Python.
• Support deployment and integration of analytical solutions within SSA and Power BI SNC.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop predictive models.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation.
• Identify improvements to data architectures and governance.
• Support experimentation with ML techniques and new tools.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the manager.
