Siemens Belgium is seeking a passionate BI/BA intern eager to work with data and BI tools. You will develop interactive dashboards in Power BI, build Power Apps applications, and optimize BI tools while managing the ETL process.

You will collaborate with business teams, analyze databases, and contribute to improving algorithm performance. Proficiency in Python or VBA for Excel is a plus, and fluency in French or Dutch with good English is expected.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 in business intelligence, data science, statistics, management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and other Power Platform tools.
• Experience with ETL processes and data flow management.
• Knowledge in Python and VBA for Excel application development is an asset.
• Speaking French or Dutch fluently, with a professional knowledge of English.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to understand and deepen technical and business processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical ability and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Develop dashboards in Power BI to visualize key company data and manage the ETL process for data consistency and performance.
• Create and optimize Power Apps applications integrated with Office 365 and Power Platform solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Improve and optimize existing BI tools by reducing processing complexity and enhancing performance.
• Develop Excel applications using Python or VBA to automate processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Analyze and understand existing databases to improve structures, workflows, and tool performance.
