Mielabelo in Belgium seeks an IT Continuity Process & Reporting Officer to join the IT Continuity Strategy & ICRO team. You will help ensure the bank's ability to react to critical failures of applications or datacenters and collaborate to embed regulator requirements and group policies.

You will develop dashboards and reports for boards and regulators, participate in audits, track remediation actions, monitor risk mitigations, and validate IT Disaster Recovery deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance in IT continuity.
• Ability to design and maintain dashboards/reports for boards and regulators.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and application development.

Responsabilités

• Ensure IT Continuity process remains up-to-date with regulatory requirements.
• Audit and control support including evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Risk & gap mitigation including monitoring and prioritizing corrective actions.
• Validation of IT Disaster Recovery deliverables and approvals of changes to continuity levels.
• Reporting and stakeholder communication with dashboards/reports for regulators and internal boards.

Challenge |

As IT Continuity process & reporting officer, you join the enthusiastic and multidisciplinary IT Continuity Strategy & ICRO team

Together, you are responsible to ensure our Bank ability to react to a critical failure of an application or a datacenter.

You collaborate to the embedding of rules defined by Regulators such as the European Central Bank, Belgium National Bank & our Group Policies.

Regulatory & Group Compliance

• Ensure the IT Continuity process remains up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements
• Proactively review changes in requirements with Group representatives and adapt processes accordingly.

Audit & Control Support

• Participate in the execution of audits and control plans, ensuring evidence is complete, accurate, and timely.
• Follow up on findings, ensuring remediation actions are tracked and closed within deadlines.

Risk & Gap Mitigation

• Monitor and support the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure corrective actions are prioritized, documented, and validated with stakeholders.

Validation of IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Deliverables

Review and validate IT Disaster Recovery reports.

Approve changes to application continuity levels in alignment with business impact analyses.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to be presented on various boards and shared with regulators.
• Ensure reporting is clear, actionable, and compliant with internal/external expectations.

Casting |

• Proven experience in assessing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Expertise in designing and maintaining dashboards/reports
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and application development
• MS Office, ServiceNow
• Knowledge of agile methodology
• English Proficient level required.
