ALTIA is seeking an IT Business Analyst with deep experience in ServiceNow, SPM and ITSM to join an international project. You will collaborate across multicultural teams and drive backlog with Jira/Confluence, and you will model processes with Visio or Lucidchart.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow, focusing on SPM and ITSM.
• 4+ years with Jira, Confluence or ServiceNow and backlog management (epics & user stories).
• 3.5 years’ experience with diagramming/wireframing tools (Visio/Lucidchart/UML/BPMN).
• 3+ years’ experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe and ITIL.
• 2+ years’ experience with system-to-system integrations.
• Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow CIS – System Administrator and CIS-ITSM.
• English at C1/C2 level.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with solid experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments. You will join an innovative international project with an international organization.

Must-haves for this challenge:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst at ServiceNow, specialising in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• At least 4 years’ experience with Jira, Confluence or ServiceNow and backlog management: epics and user stories.
• At least 3.5 years’ experience with diagramming, modelling and wireframing tools: Visio, Lucidchart, UML, BPMN, Axure, Balsamiq or Pencil.
• At least 3 years’ experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe and ITIL.
• At least 2 years’ experience with system-to-system integrations.
• Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow CIS – System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• English C1/C2 level.
