ALTIA seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join an international project. You will re-engineer processes, drive modularisation and cloud migration, and manage requirements across cross-functional teams. You will own the backlog, support UAT, and coordinate system integrations while ensuring GDPR and data governance.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Analyst with EQF Level 7 and at least 15 years IT experience.
• Proficient in BPMN/UML, BABOK, Jira/GitLab, Confluence/SharePoint, and Agile/PM²-Agile/Scrum/SAFe.
• Experience in systems architecture, requirements analysis and management, complex administrative processes, web/back-office apps and integrations.
• Experience as Product Owner in scaled Agile environments.
• English or French at B2 level.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Business Analyst Senior with solid experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments.

You will join an innovative international project with an international organization.

Must-haves for this challenge:

• Senior Business Analyst for eExperts, an expert management platform within the eGrants Next Generation framework. The role will involve re-engineering, modularisation and cloud migration, functional analysis, backlog management, product ownership, UAT, system integration and third-level functional support.
• EQF Level 7 and a minimum of 15 years’ IT experience.
• English or French at B2 level
• Experience in systems architecture, requirements analysis and management, complex administrative processes, web/back-office applications and integrations.
• BPMN/UML, BABOK, IEEE 29148, Jira/GitLab, Confluence/SharePoint, backlog management and Agile/PM²‑Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices.
• UAT, traceability, defect management, NFR, APIs, data governance/GDPR, wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience as a Product Owner in scaled Agile environments.

Additional Relevant Skills

• Jira Align, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Qlik.
• eIDAS, financial compliance, Horizon Europe, eExperts, grant management and expert management.
• AI-supported analysis, testing and documentation; Scrum/Product Owner certifications: desirable.
• Workshop facilitation, post-release validation, stakeholder management and executive communication.
