uFund, part of the Umedia Group, is a Brussels-based leader in Tax Shelter fundraising for culture projects. We invite an Investor Support Officer to join a young, dynamic team and ensure high-quality service to investors while coordinating with the sales team.

You will monitor investment files, manage documents, prepare analyses, and support reports, aligning with internal stakeholders to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, professional rigor and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Monitor Tax Shelter investment files and follow up on documents.

This role is essential in ensuring high-quality service to investors and smooth coordination with the sales teams.

Your role

As an Investor Support Officer, you will be responsible

• for:Monitoring and following up on Tax Shelter investment files
• Managing commercial and administrative documents
• Preparing internal analyses and supporting reports
• Supervising the sales team's daily operational activities
• Coordinating efficiently with internal stakeholders
• Ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance in administrative processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and investor satisfaction

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and ideally have experience in a B2B customer support or administrative coordination role.
• You are fluent in French and Dutch, and comfortable using a CRM tool and MS Office applications
• You are known for your communication skills and professional rigor
• You enjoy working in a collaborative environment while independently managing your responsibilities with precision and care
