Auxipress specializes in media and data monitoring and analysis. We provide daily monitoring and in-depth analysis of print media, online media, radio, TV, social media, and public administration documents.

Through our Connected Intelligence approach, we support communication, marketing and PR professionals, as well as executives and managers across various departments, in managing their media presence, anticipating future developments, and making strategic decisions in an ever-changing media landscape and evolving consumer environment.

Job Description

As part of our growing organization, we are looking for a motivated Editor & Market Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will select, interpret, and analyze relevant information from Belgian and international media. You will also summarize these insights in English and in either French or Dutch.

You will contribute to the preparation of Market Intelligence and Public Affairs reports for a wide range of organizations and departments. These reports include sector monitoring and relevant trends related to our clients’ activities, as well as monitoring legislative initiatives within their sectors across different political levels.

You will join a small and dynamic team of approximately five colleagues. Together, you will identify, analyze, and translate media coverage from Belgium and abroad into valuable insights, enabling us to deliver tailored overviews and reports to our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• From early in the morning, you will identify the most relevant articles, radio and TV segments, social media posts, and official documents based on our clients’ needs.
• You will analyze this information and prepare clear summaries and reports, mainly in English, covering a wide range of topics and sectors, including politics.
• You will work closely with your immediate colleagues and the wider team to provide our clients with timely and accurate information.
• You will actively contribute to innovating and optimizing processes within the Market Intelligence team. Artificial Intelligence is an integral part of your daily work.

Your Profile

• You write fluently and professionally in English.
• You have an excellent spoken and written understanding of both French and Dutch.
• You are willing to work early mornings and occasionally on Saturdays on a rotating basis.
• You perform well under pressure and are able to maintain an overview in busy situations.
• You are a true team player.
• You are familiar with the press and media landscape.
• You quickly learn new technological tools and use them efficiently.
