Degroof Petercam Asset Management SA Belgium is seeking an Investment Solutions Marketer to craft fund materials, performance reports and client-facing materials across regions.

You will coordinate with Fund Managers, Sales and Compliance, manage data across platforms, and ensure timely, accurate marketing content while reporting to senior marketing leads.

This role offers exposure to multiple regions, languages and regulatory environments within asset management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field linked to financial markets and products.
• Up to 3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English and French; Dutch a plus.
• Analytical with strong data processing skills and attention to detail.
• Structured, process-driven, hands-on and adaptable to guidelines.
• Strong collaboration across marketing, portfolio managers, legal and compliance.
• Interest in finance; asset management experience is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain fund materials for all client types, across regions and languages, in line with regulations.
• Produce performance reports, investment presentations and factsheets using Morningstar Direct.
• Coordinate monthly Fund Manager comments with Fund Managers and Reporting team.
• Manage fund information across databases, Power BI dashboards and external platforms.
• Liaise with Fund Managers, Sales, Compliance and data providers for timely, accurate materials.
• Report to the Group Head of Investment Solutions Marketing and Head of Channel Marketing.

At Degroof Petercam Asset Management, the Investment Solutions Marketing team plays a key role in producing marketing materials for clients and prospects. As an Investment Solutions Marketer, you will work on a variety of cross-functional and intra-group projects while collaborating closely with Portfolio Managers, Sales teams, Analysts, Product Specialists, and Compliance experts.

This unique opportunity is ideal for young professionals looking to develop in-depth knowledge of financial products within a young, dynamic, and collaborative team while gaining broad exposure to the asset and wealth management industry.

Your position

• Create and maintain fund materials (presentations, sales flyers, and internal documents) for all types of clients, across regions, in multiple languages, adapted to different segments, compliant with regulation.
• Produce performance reports, investment presentations, and factsheets using Morningstar Direct, including peer analysis, fund ratings, rankings, costs and competitor comparisons
• Coordinate the production of monthly Fund Manager comments with Fund Managers and the Reporting team.
• Manage fund information and documentation across internal databases, Power BI dashboards, and external platforms (FE fundinfo, Morningstar, and Citywire), ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
• Liaise with Fund Managers, Sales, Compliance, and external data providers to ensure the timely delivery of accurate product information and marketing materials.
• Report to the Group Head of Investment Solutions Marketing and Head of Channel Marketing

Your profile

• You have a Master’s degree in a field linked to financial markets and financial products;
• You have up to 3 years of professional experience;
• You speak English and French fluently, Dutch being a big plus;
• You are analytical and have excellent data processing skills. You are a detail-oriented individual, who aims for consistency and quality across all content.
• You operate effectively in a structured environment, are process-driven. You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid of doing occasional administrative work and working within set frameworks and guidelines;
• You collaborate well with other team members, from marketing to portfolio managers, from legal to compliance teams;
• You feel comfortable communicating complex financial concepts with clarity, precision, and creativity;
• An interest in finance is essential; experience in asset management, a bonus.
• Experience with FE fundinfo and Morningstar is considered a strong asset.
