Discretionary Portfolio Manager

Within our Private Banking department in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Discretionary Portfolio Manager to manage a portfolio of French‑speaking high net‑worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage day‑to‑day portfolios for high‑net‑worth clients, implementing tailor‑made investment strategies.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with the chosen strategy and decisions from investment committees.
• Monitor portfolio performance, develop tailored solutions, and provide technical and commercial support to Private Bankers.
• Prepare regular client meetings, including financial offers, reports, and presentations to communicate portfolio performance and strategy evolution.
• Help grow assets under management by supporting Private Bankers in increasing their share of wallet.
• Participate in investment committees (Equities, Bonds, Third‑party funds, etc.) and contribute to the portfolio construction and asset allocation process.

Profile

• Master’s degree in business, finance or economics with excellent academic results.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with deep understanding of financial markets.
• Fluent in French and English; good knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
• Team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and high ethical standards.
• Client‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset.
• Initiative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills and a well‑developed curiosity.
