Qualifications

• Masters or professional qualification required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks tied to the fund's strategy and the organization of the Investment Fund Manager to define how to apply Depositary function.
• Monitor compliance with UCITS, AIFMD, and fund-specific investment rules; report breaches and lead checks across asset classes.
• Oversee the correct implementation and setup of investment rules in monitoring systems; ensure operational accuracy.
• Interact with clients and management companies to address compliance inquiries and ensure smooth operations; present findings.
• Identify and lead improvements to monitoring processes and internal controls; share expertise with junior team members.
• Monitor and assess changes in regulatory frameworks and advise internal teams and clients.
• Participate in implementing new processes or systems, ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Provide support to the Investment Limits officer in day-to-day tasks.
