Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher Education (University / Bachelor)
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up Corporate Actions and Proxy Voting activities, including client instructions, required documentation and disclosures.
• Process and monitor Private Equity events throughout their lifecycle, including capital calls and distributions.
• Perform proactive follow-up with counterparties, custodians and Transfer Agents to obtain outstanding information and funds.
• Coordinate with Funds Trading, Tax and other teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
