Job summary

Fidelity International Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Investment Management Oversight Associate Director to oversee the investment management function for funds and mandates. The role requires deep knowledge of UCITS/AIF frameworks, CSSF 18/698, and strong stakeholder collaboration with Investment Analytics and risk teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting effectively to Senior Management.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with fund accounting, investment management and risk oversight teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular oversight of investment management activities for funds and mandates.
• Maintain understanding of the management company framework and organisation.
• Lead due diligence on intragroup and external delegates per CSSF 18/698.
• Design and analyse investment management KPI/KRI reporting.
• Lead service review meetings with delegated managers.
• Monitor risk indicators and monitor corrective actions with managers.
• Ensure contracts and SLAs are up to date.
• Support liaison with internal/external stakeholders and regulators.
• Ensure policies are up to date with regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve investments in securitisations on a deal-by-deal basis.
• Monitor securities lending programme and onboarding of funds.
• Create and present management information to Conducting Officers and Boards.
