During your internship, you’ll become an essential part of our Marketing team. You will help build the brand presence of the Ghent Marriott Hotel and discover how an international hotel brand communicates, attracts guests, and creates meaningful guest interactions throughout the customer journey.

You’ll receive real responsibilities, creative freedom, and close guidance from our experienced team. And on top of that, you’ll receive an attractive internship compensation of €750 per month.

What your role looks like behind the scenes

• You support the execution of marketing strategies that strengthen our visibility.
• You help create content: social media posts, newsletters, visuals, and promotional materials.
• You assist in managing online channels to ensure consistent, high-quality communication.
• You prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and materials for hotel tours.
• You contribute to campaigns, partnerships, and visibility projects.
• You support photo/video shoots, influencer collaborations, and press initiatives.
• You help research market trends and competitor activities.
• You gather insights for reporting on campaigns, leads, and commercial activities.
• You collaborate with operational teams to ensure our communication reflects the guest experience.

Who you are

• You are studying Marketing, Communication, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You are creative, eager to learn and proactive.
• You are digitally savvy (Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools).
• You enjoy switching between independent work and team collaboration.
• You have an eye for detail and enjoy storytelling and branding.
• You speak fluent English.
• You are enthusiastic about hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences.
