What your role looks like behind the scenes

• You support the Sales team with daily tasks, proposals, contracts and follow-ups.
• You assist in identifying new business opportunities and conduct market analyses.
• You work with CRM tools and reporting systems that teach you how sales really works.
• You help create presentations, sales materials and event documents.
• You collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an excellent experience for guests and clients.
• You keep an eye on the competition and share interesting trends with the team.

In short: you gain a unique all-round insight into the workings of a commercial hotel department.

Who you are

• You are curious, energetic and ready to take your first steps into the hospitality or business world.
• You are studying Hotel Management, Business Administration, Communication, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
• You speak English fluently.
• You are digitally savvy (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus).
• You communicate easily and enjoy working with people.
• You work in an organized way and have a keen eye for detail.
• You are proactive and love taking initiative.
• You thrive in a dynamic international environment.
• You have a passion for hospitality, sales and creating memorable experiences.
