Puratos zoekt een stagiair labtechnicus voor R&D decors en crèmes in Lummen. Je werkt mee op de pilotlijn, test nieuwe apparatuur en koppelt procesparameters aan productieparameters voor watergebaseerde vullingen.

De kandidaat studeert chemie, voedselwetenschap of voedingstechnologie en beheerst Nederlands of Frans, reading en writing. Locatie: Puratos Lummen, stage van 5 maanden van 01/01/2027 tot 31/05/2027, arbeid en verblijf vereist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of mastergraad in chemie, voedingstechnologie of voedseltechnologie.
• Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands of Frans (lezen en schrijven).
• Geldige werk- en verblijfsvergunning voor België; geen sponsoringsbeleid.

Responsabilités

• Werken in de pilotlijn, testen van de nieuwe pilotuitrusting met bestaande formules en correlaties tussen procesparameters.
• Definiëren en optimaliseren van de procesparameters van de nieuwe pilotlijn voor de productie van watergebaseerde vullingen.

Mission and key tasks

• You will work in the pilot line, testing the new pilot equipment with existing formulas from production and identifying the correlations between the process parameters of the production system with the process parameters of the new pilot line for all types of water based fillings produced on the continuous production line.
• You will define and optimize the process parameters of the new pilot line for the production of water-based fillings.

Who are we looking for?

• You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, food science or food technology.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French (reading and writing).
