Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Trade & Documentation team to meet objectives.
• Prepare and deliver end-to-end shipment documentation.
• Supervise customs administration and maintain licenses.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation projects.
• Manage certificates and ensure trade accuracy.
