Puratos is offering an internship as Lab Technician R&D Decors and Creams in Lummen, Belgium. You will work in the pilot line, test new pilot equipment with existing formulas, and define/optimise the process parameters for water-based fillings.

The position targets bachelor's or master's students in chemistry, food science or food technology who are fluent in Dutch or French. Location is Puratos Lummen with a 5-month term.

• Fluent in Dutch or French (reading and writing).

Mission and key tasks

• You will work in the pilot line, testing the new pilot equipment with existing formulas from production and identifying the correlations between the process parameters of the production system with the process parameters of the new pilot line for all types of water based fillings produced on the continuous production line.
• You will define and optimize the process parameters of the new pilot line for the production of water-based fillings.

• You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, food science or food technology.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French (reading and writing).
