Job summary

KPMG Belgium invites you to an internship in Deals & Strategy - Valuations. You will engage in valuing businesses, shares, and intangible assets for multiple purposes, from M&A to accounting and disputes.

You’ll analyze financial models, benchmark data, and collaborate with tax, legal, and strategy experts across client engagements. You’ll work with a diverse client base, from startups to international firms, mostly at the office with opportunities to meet clients and gain hands-on experience in

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Collaborative relationships across teams and clients.
• Proficient in English; Dutch and/or French beneficial.

Roles & Responsibilities

Join our vibrant Deals & Strategy team, where you'll provide cutting-edge valuation advice across various industries.

You'll be diving into the valuation of businesses, shares, and intangible assets (think brands and customer relationships) for a multitude of purposes like M&A, accounting, tax, internal reorganizations, and disputes. Plus, you will analyze financial models, evaluate commercial data, and assess the underlying assumptions of financial forecasts, leveraging our deep industry expertise and innovative benchmarking tools.

Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with our team, as well as the Finance or M&A teams of our clients, and partner with experts in tax, legal, and strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

• You will soon hold a Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.
