Job summary

TUI Group in Belgium is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Agent intern to welcome travelers at the airport and assist with check‑in and boarding.

When delays occur you will help passengers quickly with the right solutions and, for last‑minute travel, sell plane tickets while performing routine admin tasks.

You will operate in an international setting, using MS Office, and may work mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Customer-friendly and commercially minded.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Willing to work a flexible part-time schedule including mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays; driving a car is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the airport and be the face of TUI for travelers.
• Assist passengers with baggage check-in and boarding.
• Provide fast, effective solutions during delays or problems.
• Sell plane tickets for last-minute travel where needed.
• Handle emails and other administrative tasks.
• Help with distribution and stock management of promotional materials.

Job description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be part of an international corporate culture where variety is key.

What are you going to do?

• You are responsible for welcoming our customers at the airport;
• Our passengers can count on your assistance during baggage check-in and boarding;
• In the event of delays or problems, you help passengers as quickly and efficiently as possible. You provide the right solution for the right situation;
• If travelers wish to leave last-minute, you are also the person who will sell the plane tickets;
• You are also responsible for other administrative tasks (handling e-mails, sending mail, etc.). In addition, you will also help with the distribution and stock management of promotional material, business gifts and office materials.

Practical information

We are looking for an intern that will be doing an internship of at least 4 consecutive weeks. After the internship we also would like you commit to doing a Summer Job with us (this can be June, July, August or September).
