3D Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Setting Out Engineer for a major project in Farciennes, Belgium, on behalf of an Irish main contractor. The role focuses on precise setting-out, QA/QC, and coordination with subcontractors, under the Site Manager.

The package includes international project exposure, long-term career progression, and a strong workload pipeline with a salary range of €60,000 - €75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Site engineering experience with a main contractor.
• Strong setting-out skills using total station and levels.
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site tickets.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Set out the works using total station and levels.
• Carry out QA/QC inspections and maintain as-built records.
• Supervise subcontractors and check works against drawings and specifications.
• Raise RFIs and help order and schedule materials.
• Support the Site Manager / Senior Engineer with programme and progress reporting.
• Promote a strong health & safety culture on site.
