Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager in Farciennes, Belgium, to oversee delivery on a major advanced-manufacturing project for an Irish contractor. The role requires leading site teams, managing programmes, cost control and safety across multiple projects.

You will act as the senior client and design-team liaison, drive quality improvements and report to directors on performance and risk. International exposure and long-term progression are on offer.

Qualifications

• Significant main contractor experience at Project or Contracts Manager level.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent leadership and client management skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across a portfolio of projects.
• Lead and support Project and Site Managers.
• Manage programme, commercial performance and health & safety across projects.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and design teams.
• Drive quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Report to the directors on project performance and risk.
