Job summary

Engibex is seeking a Project Leader for Civil Works in Belgium. The role covers the civil engineering portion of multidisciplinary projects from design to project closure, leading the civil scope and coordinating with external partners.

The successful candidate will oversee technical studies, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with procurement and construction teams, ensuring compliance with standards and permits. A strong background in civil engineering and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master\'s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid driving license (B).
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and good understanding of French, or vice versa.
• Well organized, communicative, flexible and team-oriented.
• Strong affinity for civil engineering techniques, soil mechanics and stability calculations.
• Able to work on several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions during design phases and document civil concepts aligned with standards.
• On-site testing including stability, pollution, asbestos, etc.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Plan and manage multiple project schedules and coordination between projects.
• Draft and manage works scenarios and project notes.
• Coordinate and supervise architectural drawings for permit applications.
