Job summary

EurocapEurocork seeks a Production Manager to lead the operational core, aligning production with sales to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery for an international customer base. You will switch between leadership, production and R&D, shaping processes and coordinating with suppliers across Europe.

You bring an engineering background, hands-on mindset, and a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and compliance (FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS).

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with production experience.
• Strong focus on delivering on time and to specification.
• Ability to translate orders into production schedules and manage OTIF targets.
• Hands-on leadership across production, R&D and shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules and ensure OTIF targets are met.
• Lead a small production team and set priorities on the shop floor.
• Safeguard continuity and customer delivery in case of unforeseen issues.
• Collaborate with sales to assess feasibility and communicate with customers.
