GIZ in Brussels is offering an internship to support MobiliseYourCity communications and events. You will help plan webinars, produce content for social media and newsletters, and maintain the multilingual website.

The role requires strong English plus French or German, interest in sustainable urban mobility, and the ability to work independently in an international setting. Belgian work permit required. Monthly stipend of €1,350 gross.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing or recently completed university studies in communications, journalism, international relations, political science, social sciences, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and French or German; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
• Strong interest in sustainable development, urban mobility, and international cooperation.
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style with autonomy and proactivity.

Aufgaben

• Support planning and implementation of MobiliseYourCity events and partner activities, including webinars, steering committee meetings, and trainings.
• Assist in developing and implementing communication activities across online and offline channels (content for social media, newsletters, publications, Mailchimp campaigns).
• Support updating and maintenance of MobiliseYourCity’s multilingual website and editorial work for newsletters and other outputs.
• Monitor developments in sustainable urban mobility and produce short knowledge and communication materials from desk research and project activities.
• Create presentations, visual materials, and digital assets using Adobe software where relevant.
• Assist social media analytics reporting and help improve digital communication activities.
• Provide administrative and organisational support, including contact and mailing list management.
