Job summary

Efficient Buildings Europe (EBE) is seeking a Communications and Events Intern in Brussels. This CIP‑based internship offers hands‑on experience in digital communications, EU affairs and event organisation within a small international team.

The five‑month placement starts 11 January 2027, in Brussels with on‑site work and Fridays remote. You will assist in writing content, graphics, videos, and help organise meetings, webinars, workshops and conferences for EBE, Renovate Europe, and C4E Forum.

Qualifications

• Eligible for a CIP (Convention d’Immersion Professionnelle).

Vacancy: Communications and Events Intern

Interested in communications, EU affairs and the energy transition? Efficient Buildings Europe is seeking a creative and organised Communications and Events Intern to join its Brussels Secretariat. You will gain hands‑on experience in digital communications, EU advocacy and event organisation, working with a small international team to advance energy‑efficient buildings in Europe.

This is a full‑time, five‑month internship in Brussels under a Convention d’Immersion Professionnelle (CIP), starting on 11 January 2027. Candidates must be eligible for a CIP.

Reporting to the Communications & Projects Officer, you will support communications and events for EBE, the Renovate Europe Campaign and C4E Forum: writing content for websites, social media and newsletters, creating graphics and short videos, and helping to organise meetings, webinars, workshops and conferences.

• A gross monthly training allowance of €1,538.
