Vitrinemedia Belgium, based in Torhout, seeks an Internal Sales Support & Administration to ensure smooth admin and operational support for sales and customer service. You will be the first contact for internal and external queries, combining commercial insight with administrative precision and technical affinity.

Part-time with potential evolution to full-time, you will coordinate installations, prepare quotes, manage invoicing, and liaise with design and materials teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Strong admin skills with precision.
• Commercial flair and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Technically minded or experience with digital products.
• Flexible, stress-resistant and a true team player.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a bonus.

• Pre- and post-installation contact with clients ADV.
• Planning and coordinating installations at client sites ADV.
• Setting up invoicing and following up on paymentsADV.
• Internal liaison with the design department (backcovers, property sheets, etc.) ADV.
• Placing orders and managing materials ADV.
• Stock management and periodic stock counts TJIS.
• Preparation and configuration of screens for installation (Pixee) TJIS.
• Preparing and following up on quotes and orders H/B.

The role As Internal Sales Support & Administration, you are a vital link within the Vitrinemedia Belgium team.You ensure smooth administrative and operational support for sales and customer service, and you are the first point of contact for both internal and external queries. You combine commercial insight with administrative precision and technical affinity.
