Job summary

MaxAmaze in Opwijk develops ultimate stadium experiences and is looking for an Internal Sales Officer to prepare quotations and manage tenders worldwide. You will work with engineering, procurement and project management to ensure accurate proposals.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus. A sport interest is a bonus. You will join a dynamic, ambitious team in a growing stadium technology company and contribute to winning bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, costing, tendering or public procurement in a technical B2B environment.
• Experience using AI to produce quotations and tenders.
• Translate specifications into accurate quotations.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, not limited to 9-to-5.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for our full range of products.
• Manage tenders worldwide from start to finish.
• Calculate prices with input from engineering, procurement and project management.
• Collect technical information, lighting studies and data sheets from suppliers.
• Follow up on quotations until order is confirmed and handover to project team.
• Support the sales team with customer contact and CRM scheduling.

Meet MaxAmaze! We create Ultimate Stadium Experiences for sports venues around the world. From LED perimeter boards and giant LED screens to floodlighting, audio and smart stadium technology: we bring hardware and software together in a single integrated ecosystem.

To further support our growth, we're looking for an Internal Sales Officer based in Opwijk to prepare our quotations and manage our tenders. You'll ensure that every proposal MaxAmaze sends out is accurate and compelling.

WHAT'S THE GOAL?

• Prepare quotations for our full range of products: LED boarding, giant LED screens, floodlighting, audio and stadium technology.
• Manage tenders worldwide from start to finish and ensure that each submission is complete and submitted on time.
• Calculate prices in consultation with engineering, procurement and project management.
• Collect and process technical information, lighting studies and data sheets from suppliers.
• Follow up on quotations until the order is confirmed and ensure a smooth handover to the project team.
• Support the sales team with customer contact, follow-up in our CRM and scheduling.

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU OWN?

• Experience in internal sales, costing, tendering or public procurement in a technical B2B environment is a strong advantage.
• You have experience of working with AI and use it on a daily basis to produce quotations and tenders more quickly and effectively.
• You work with precision: a tender is won or lost on the details.
• You have technical insight and can easily translate specifications into an accurate quotation.
• You can keep track of several projects at once and ensure every deadline is met.
• You are flexible and do not have a 9-to-5 mindset.
• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. French is an advantage.
• An interest in sport is a bonus.
