Job summary

Servier Group offers a 6-month internship in Global Medical & Patient Affairs (GMPA) Operations - Oncology. You will contribute to MAP process improvement across therapeutic areas and assist a GMPA Business Process Owner to ensure robust, compliant MAPs and early patient access to innovative treatments.

You will define and improve the MAP processes, benchmark against industry standards, co-facilitate cross-functional workshops, refine SOPs, and develop user guides and training materials

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with ability to produce concise written reports and SOPs.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with experts.
• Strong project management abilities; pragmatic, solution-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve the MAP process.
• Benchmark current MAP processes against industry standards.
• Participate in cross-functional workshops to harmonize terminology and offers from R&D, Medical Affairs, and Patient Affairs.
• Refine the MAP process SOP and produce user guides.
• Develop training materials including e-learning modules for global/local teams; define training assignments for MAP stakeholders.
• Design key indicators related to MAP process performance.
• Coordinate with data/system owners to ensure fit-for-purpose tools and systems.
