Rivean Capital in Brussels offers a 3 to 6 months internship to support our Brussels team with due diligence, modeling, valuation and portfolio monitoring. You will collaborate on lead identification and market research across Benelux and DACH regions.

We seek outstanding students in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or economics/management, fluent in Dutch and English, with strong MS Office skills and an independent, hands-on mindset. French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic track record; university education in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any other economic/management studies.
• Prior experience in Investment banking, Private Equity, Consulting is recommended.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French beneficial.
• Strong foundation in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Assist in due diligence of new investment opportunities.
• Support modeling, valuation, and structuring of investments.
• Assist in portfolio company monitoring, value creation and bolt-on M&A.
• Contribute to lead identification and related market and industry research.

As an intern, you will be an integral member of our Brussels-based team and have the opportunity to collaborate on:

• Due diligence of new investment opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Curious, passionate about business and finance, eager to make a difference and create impact
• Outstanding academic track record; university education in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any other economic / management studies

• Excellent analytical skills, combining a strategic mindset with attention to detail
