Rivean Capital is looking for an intern to join their Brussels team. You'll work on due diligence, modeling, and portfolio company monitoring while collaborating in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in business-related fields, analytical skills, and be fluent in Dutch and English. This internship offers a market conform remuneration and the possibility of a full-time role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Curious and passionate about business and finance.
• Outstanding academic track record in relevant fields.
• Prior experience in Investment banking, Private Equity, or Consulting is recommended.

Responsabilités

• Conduct due diligence of new investment opportunities.
• Engage in modeling, valuation, and structuring of investments.
• Monitor portfolio companies and contribute to value creation.
• Identify leads and conduct market and industry research.

What you can expect

As an intern, you will be an integral member of our Brussels‑based team and have the opportunity to collaborate on:

• Due diligence of new investment opportunities
• Modeling, valuation and structuring of investments
• Portfolio company monitoring, value creation and bolt‑on M&A
• Lead identification and related market and industry research

Who we are looking for

• Curious, passionate about business and finance, eager to make a difference and create impact
• Outstanding academic track record; university education in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any other economic / management studies
• Prior experience in Investment banking, Private Equity, Consulting is recommended
• Excellent analytical skills, combining a strategic mindset with attention to detail
• Strong foundation in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• A self‑starter with a hands‑on mentality
• Able to work independently and under time pressure
• Solid team player with good communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French beneficial
