V-IT NV is looking for a Program Management Officer to drive the Integrated Portfolio Anticipation Service. You will actively coordinate and monitor several programs and projects, and provide status reports to senior management.

You will establish and maintain systems for planning, progress tracking, budget oversight, and resources, while translating project updates into overall program status. Onsite work is required two days per week in the Brussels offices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in project support; energy sector is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Assertive, autonomous, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, impact-focused, with prioritization skills.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor multiple programs and report status to senior management.
• Set up systems for status reporting, planning, progress, budget, and resources.
• Translate project statuses into program-level status reporting.
• Establish and monitor program risk management and report risks.
• Ensure alignment across streams and manage interface coordination.
• Prepare Steering Committee and stream meetings.
• Support stakeholder management and internal communications.
