TiTANS Consulting is seeking a Program Management Officer to support projects within the Belgian energy sector, notably on an Elia-related initiative. The role involves coordinating multiple programs, maintaining status reports, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery in a dynamic, diverse team environment.

You will work onsite 2 days per week at Monnoyer and Empereur offices, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder communication to drive successful project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project support; experience with Elia is a plus.
• Knowledge of Elia and the energy sector.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with excellent English (spoken and written).
• Well organized, autonomous and able to meet deadlines.
• Pro-active with an impact-focused mindset and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative mindset; works well in a project team.

Responsabilités

• Active coordination and monitoring of several programs and projects with status reporting to senior management.
• Set up a system for status reporting, budgeting, resources, and progress tracking.
• Translate project statuses into overall program status reporting.
• Establish and monitor risk management at program and stream levels.
• Plan and consolidate Steering Committee and other meetings.
• Manage task tracking and document management environments (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
• Ensure quality of deliverables, validation and archiving.
• Coordinate stakeholder management and internal communications.
