Ensur, a fast-growing Belgian consulting firm, seeks a Project Manager - Insurance transformation to drive large-scale programs for Belgium's top insurers.

You will collaborate with client teams to translate strategy into actionable operating models, drive process optimization (including automation), shape technology roadmaps, and mentor teams, while engaging diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Working as a Project Manager - Insurance transformation

We are embarking on exciting large-scale transformation programs for some of the top 15 insurers in Belgium and are looking for talented new colleagues to join our team!

As an insurance transformation consultant, you will:

• Collaborate with different teams to deliver high-impact transformation projects
• Work closely with clients to translate their strategy into actionable operating models
• Drive operational efficiency by analyzing and optimizing business processes, including automation
• Contribute to developing technology strategies that align with business goals
• Engage with diverse stakeholders across multiple functional areas, both internally and externally

Required Profile

• Proven expertise in consulting and insurance
• Proactive, results-oriented, and driven by challenges
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Dutch/French
• Comfortable working both autonomously and in teams, with a creative and conscientious approach
• Skilled in planning, scoping, and analysis
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, customer-focused, and passionate about the insurance industry
