Projective Group Talent in Belgium is seeking a Business & Process Analyst to combine business analysis, process improvement and stakeholder coordination within our insurance platform. You will help ensure data quality, optimise processes and bridge business users, external partners and IT teams.

Qualifications

• You have experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst or similar role.
• You can translate business needs into clear requirements and specs.
• You communicate effectively with business users and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and formalise business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requests and incidents into functional specifications.
• Bridge between business users, external partners and IT teams.
• Monitor and improve business processes and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support data quality initiatives through validation, reporting and dashboards.
• Follow up incidents, requests and tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to documentation, user support and change activities.
