Cream Consulting seeks a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain. You will lead requirements sessions with clients, produce Functional Design and Requirements specifications, implement configurations, write test plans, and provide training and production support. You are fluent in French with strong English; Dutch is a plus. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in an insurance company.
• Fluent in French with good English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Produce Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents on domains such as New Business, Claims, etc.
• Implement configurations to meet client requirements.
• Write and review test plans.
• Perform expert testing and defect management following development/configuration.
• Conduct training sessions on the system and its configured product set.
• Provide production support including UAT testing, defect analysis and change requests management.
• Perform gap analysis.

WHAT IS A BUSINESS ANALYST IN INSURANCE DOMAIN AT CREAM?

As Nicole, Business Analyst at Cream, embrace your role and support the different applications in the insurance industry (life and non life). Your tasks will be :

• Participate and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Produce Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents on domains of expertise e.g. New Business, Claims, etc.
• Implement, in means of configuration, relevant aspects of the client's requirements
• Write/ Review test plans
• Perform expert testing and defect management following development/configuration
• Conduct training sessions on the system and its configured product set
• Production support including UAT testing, defect analysis and Change Requests management
• Perform gap analysis

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?

• You have a Master degree or equivalent in years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including minimum 3 years of experience within an insurance company
• You can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables
• You are fluent in French and a good command of English, Dutch is a plus
• You are committed to travelling abroad occasionally upon the client's request.
