Cream Consulting in Brussels is seeking a motivated Functional Analyst to join our growing team. You will translate business requirements into detailed functional designs and coordinate a small delivery team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in functional analysis, strong knowledge of UML, ARIS, Visio and Jira, and fluent French and English; Dutch is a plus. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet real needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in functional analysis.
• Strong knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, EA, Jira).
• Ability to meet project deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills and fluent English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

Your tasks will be :

• Translating the business requirements into detailed functional designs
• Follow-up of technical analysts and developers
• Describing the test scenarios, prepare test data and organize the test execution working in close relationship with the Test coordinator
• Analyzing potential corrective actions to be taken
• Reporting progress to Project Manager
• Working closely with the business to ensure the final solution fits their needs

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Functional Analysis
• Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira,...)
• You can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables
• You have strong communication skills and analytical skills
• You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
