Cream Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in cards to work with business and IT stakeholders, shaping, analyzing, and delivering change initiatives within the payments ecosystem.

You will gather and translate business needs, define requirements, and support testing and deployment. English fluency required; French or Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis within the cards or payments ecosystem.
• Fluent in English, with good knowledge of French or Dutch (an asset).
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (ARIS, Visio, Camunda, UML).
• Good ability to understand complex business topics and IT link.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Assess change requests and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Define business scope, processes and target operating models.
• Support implementation activities, including Business Acceptance Testing.

YOUR FUTURE PROJECTS :

Like Julie, Business Analyst specializing in cards at Cream, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to shape, analyse, and deliver change initiatives within the payments ecosystem. Your tasks will be

• Gather, analyse, and challenge business needs related to Cards products and services
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Assess change requests and recommend appropriate solutions
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Define business scope, processes and target operating models
• Support implementation activities, including Business Acceptance Testing

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANTS ?

• You have 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis within the cards or payments ecosystem
• You are fluent in English, with a good knowledge of French or Dutch (both being an asset)
• A knowledge of Business Process Modeling (ARIS, Visio, Camunda, UML, ...)
• Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile) is an asset
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Enterprise Architect is a plus
