• You are the expert and sales representative for products (BOAR) for clients in your portfolio, and you make full use of digital channels
• You act as a broker for insurance products and actively follow up on claims, focusing on service quality and customer satisfaction
• You work in partnership with the account manager—together, you decide on the approach to take with the client
